Mortgage Processor

Due to business growth, Mortgage Decisions is looking for a Mortgage Processor to join their established team based within the Mortgage Hub, Chandlers Ford.

The working hours within this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 17:30pm. This is a full-time and office-based position.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting a team of advisors, focusing on Mortgage and Protection business. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, lenders, solicitors and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the client service experience through to completion – speaking to both the client and also providers to ensure smooth progress of the application
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
• Detailing all conversations and actions taken in the CRM System
• Scanning and loading documents onto the system within the required compliance timescales
• Assisting the Team with any other duties, as reasonably requested

Key Attributes

• Mortgage Administration experience
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
• Must be able to demonstrate initiative and ability to time manage and prioritise cases through to completion
• A team player with the ability to use own initiative
